ABOUT 3 Civic Plaza
3 Civic Plaza is the tallest tower in Surrey City Centre. Also called as 3 Civic Tower, it is a mixed-use complex, which was completed in 2018. Around 157.3 metres tall, the building consists of a hotel, offices, residences, and retail stores. There is the new City Centre Library in the building. In addition, the complex has the fifth campus of the Kwantlen Polytechnic University.
