ABOUT Latch Developments
Latch is an Ontario-headquartered construction and development firm that mid-rise communities with ground floor retail. Founded by Marc Nufrio, the company’s development projects include unique urban projects. Before starting Latch, Marc worked with the Onni Group for seven years and played a key role in various high- and mid-rise projects, such as Local at Fort York and Westlake community in South Etobicoke. Latch’s portfolio has the Bennett (under construction) and 859 West (coming soon).
