L!V Communities is a family-owned and family-operated real estate development firm. It has head offices in Burlington, Ontario. Founded over four decades ago, L!V Communities has been offering a range of real estate services for custom homes in prime locations of Ontario. From designing to development, the firm handles all parts of a construction project. Started by Mario Roque, the company began its journey as a homebuilder with a name called Landmart Homes. In 2015, it launched L!V Communities for community construction services.
